Support FAQ’s

 

1)      Q: Who do I call for support?

A: You may either call into the current number or directly into the Henry Schein Remote Support Center at 877-483-0382 opt 1. These technicians have been trained on your offices and have the service history from ASI.

2)      Q: What happens to my support plan?

A: There will be some modifications for our loyal support plan customers. ASI and Henry Schein have come up with a great plan that should only enhance the services you receive for the same or less cost. Please proceed as normal today, as we will be reaching out to every support plan customer to discuss the new exciting plans.

3)      Q: Will my fees go up?

A: Existing support plan customers will retain their existing fee structure while we reach out to you to sign up on our new support plans for you. Non-support plan customers will have the same fees they currently experience from Henry Schein.

4)      Q: What happened to the technicians?

A: The field technicians have now become part of the Henry Schein team and will continue to service you as they have in the past.

5)      Q: What about my warranties?

A: Your warranties are with the actual equipment and will not change based upon this organizational change.

6)      Q: I'm not a Dentrix user; will you continue to support my current practice management software?

A: Henry Schein supports a wide variety of dental, veterinary, and medical software packages. There will be no issue supporting your current office set up.

Sales FAQ’s

 

1)      Q: Will the products I purchase change?

A: The Henry Schein set of products and services are very comparable to what you have experienced in the past. You will receive the same if not better level of service and products at the same fair pricing you are used to.

2)      Q: Will the sales prices go up?

A: Your pricing for the purchasing of new equipment is very comparable and consistent with what you have experienced in the past from ASI.

Billing FAQ’s

 

1)      Q: Who do I contact with billing questions?

A: For billing inquiries on invoices dated prior to November1, 2010 you may contact ASI Directly at 251-375-2505. For billing inquiries on invoices after November 1, 2010 please consult your local Henry Schein Representative or call 1-800-645-6594

2)    Q: What about my offsite data backup, email and web hosting, are those being transferred to Henry Schein as well?

A: No. Our hosted solutions division, which includes the A-Safe Online Data Backup service, is not a part of the transition to Henry Schein. Beginning November 1, 2010; A-Safe Hosted Solutions will begin operations as a separate entity. We do not anticipate any down time in services during the transition. You will be billed separately for these services beginning November 1, 2010. In the coming weeks, you will be contacted directly in regards to the transition of these services. If you have any immediate questions regarding this transition, please contact A-Safe directly at 251-375-2450.
